To make you feel safe, we offer a 30-day open purchase.
The right of withdrawal applies within 30 days from the time you received the product, provided that the product is in new condition. New condition means, in addition to the product being unused, also that all labels and packaging are undamaged. Pack the item before sending it back.
When we take care of your return, we will make a refund or delete your invoice, depending on how you originally made the payment. This is done after we have received and checked the returned item.
Items that were returned to us against cash on delivery or cash on delivery will not be released.
Safety equipment (such as dry suits, safety ropes, etc.) have a 14-day open purchase. Products with a best-before date have a 14-day open purchase. Items sold on loose meters and special orders have no right of return at all.

Pre-orders of kayaks
By doing a pre-order on our kayaks you can secure your price and a spot in our production que. According to European law you are permitted to cancel you order up until it is delivered. If you would want to cancel your order of a pre-ordered kayak we have the right to keep 20% of the kayaks retail price to cover the costs we have already had to fulfill the agreement between us.
If it is possible to take a picture of the product you want to complain about, and in this way show us the problem, this will facilitate the handling of your case.
If it is a kayak you want to complain about, we ask you to fill in this form:
Otherwise, we ask you to send the image in an email to email@example.com, write what has happened and how you have used the product / products. When we receive the information, our complaint manager will contact you for further information. The products you want to complain about must be washed and free of dog hair, mud and the like.
Items that were returned to us against cash on delivery or cash on delivery will not be released. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's decision.
